Balancing stones - Work life balance concept

Are you living your best life? Many of us are very often too busy to do much more than trundle along on our current path. How would it be if there was time to explore other possibilities, or better routes?

I’m passionate about helping individuals map out the life they would like, helping them get clarity and motivation around what they’d like to change so they can get more out of life.

Door opened to road
Who is it for?

Those who:

feel they could be getting more out of life
want to build confidence and self-esteem
are feeling stuck, demotivated, incapable of making changes or decisions
are overwhelmed by stress, or experiencing burn-out
are at a crossroads, whether chosen or imposed, who want to get clarity over next steps
I can't - cutting the letter t of the written word I can't so it says I can
How it works

We have an initial cost-free chat to see if we’re a good fit and explore the areas you want to focus on. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly; face-to-face, zoom or walking-and-coaching – whichever works for you.

What they say

I found the process quite challenging at times and have to confess to being surprised by the emotional impact of the work. And of course this was never going to be comfortable! If it was easy, I’d have done it myself. It has certainly been powerful and I feel a lot has shifted.

Before I met with Meg, I seemed to spend all my time chasing my tail. I never seemed to have time for myself, was tired and to be honest, a bit grumpy. I’m self employed and a single mum of two boys and found myself exhausted and going to bed by 9pm most nights. I never seemed to be able to finish anything I started, which used to make me worry and feel I was letting others and myself down. Through the process, I was able to see that I was not taking time for me, I was not looking after myself, and had given up everything I loved doing to manage  everything else. That’s when all the fun began – after I had finished crying of course!

For me Meg’s compassion is a great strength, it shines through. I felt so safe with her and was therefore able to open up and be vulnerable.

I seemed very stuck at the beginning of the process. I had recently retired and needed a new direction. I wanted to stop procrastinating and be more independent and decisive. After 4 sessions I had regained my confidence and felt more able to make decisions. I went on holiday on my own and regained my power.
