How it works

What they say

I can’t recommend Meg highly enough. She has worked for us for over 18 years. She has designed, written and directed countless cutting edge learning interventions using creative learning techniques especially in the form of drama. This isn’t uncomfortable role-play but an incredibly engaging and safe way of exploring behaviour through actors whether live or through the use of recorded film. All our clients love her commitment, eye for detail and sense of humour. She has worked with airlines to energy providers to financial institutions and with some of the biggest names in the FTSE 100. The wonderful outcomes and feedback we get comes from the scripts and improvisation of the acting team – they not only understand the learning objectives but the context in which they must be explored. “That is so real!” is the most common exclamation we hear and that is testament to Meg and the work she does in consulting, designing, writing and rehearsing the actors, and of course acting or facilitating in some of the interventions herself.

Managing Director, The Fruitful Group

The workshop we ran with the support of Meg Whelan was extremely well received by our managers, who could see real business situations unfold before their eyes and get into the minds of the characters, understand their reasons and what leads managers to make typical mistakes. The experience made a lasting impression, bringing to life theories heard time and again but never fully owned. Meg managed to involve managers from all different business functions and seniority levels, challenging their assumptions and immediately adjusting to their input and feedback.

Having worked with Meg now for over 10 years in L&D; I’m continually astounded by her ability to come up with fresh and innovative training solutions that are genuinely bespoke for each and every client. She has a special talent for being able to interpret basic training needs and magically transform them into engaging, interactive workshop activities that never cease to wow the audience and deliver exactly the results our clients are looking for. As a creative writer, actor, coach and facilitator  – she is truly unique in this field of expertise and I always know I’m in safe hands when I’m working alongside her.
