Notebook with fountain pen

What’s not to love about providing someone with the space and challenge to produce their best creative output? Or the chance to help people remove the blocks to having that work produced?

My years of experience in the creative work world as an actor, writer and artistic director informs my work in coaching creative practitioners.

I’ve coached writers, theatre makers, musicians, film-makers, etc. not just through artistic blocks, but also navigating the business side of managing an artistic career.

What they say

I began working with Meg because I was looking to expand the type of work I was doing, to explore ways of being more creative and to ensure I was using all of my skills and aptitudes in a rewarding way. Meg’s coaching was gentle and subtle, allowing me to explore possibilities and make changes. It helped me find concrete ways forward as well as illuminating some of the blocks that stood in my way.

I can see clear progress as a result of this process. I have achieved some small goals, such as two new and interesting pieces of work, and am working steadily towards longer term ones. I have also finished my novel which has been languishing for 10 years.

I asked Meg to give me feedback on a new script, knowing her instincts were good and her feedback incisive. She is one of the most thoughtful readers I have had the pleasure to work with – and I have worked with several great ones. She’s detailed, imaginative, constructive and gentle. Her challenges are significant yet sh manages to show you new creative lands without in any way suggesting you were under par or weak in your craft. If you’re reading this then working with her must be on your mind. Go for it: this is going to be exciting.
