To do lis meeting on notebook with thumbtack on desk office - business concept

Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people at all levels of business throughout the UK and in Europe, Asia, Africa, and North and South America. I’ve created and delivered many coaching programmes including interventions at board level, working for companies in the following industries:

  • Financial institutions and accountancy
  • Pharmaceutical, medical equipment and health services
  • Publishing
  • Utilities
  • Transport
  • Media and Legal
  • Public Sector

My training background has given me a wealth of coaching techniques and strategies to help clients remove blocks to their progress in any area of their work life.

Concept of business strategy and action plan
How it works

We have an initial chat to clarify what you want to gain from the coaching.

We’ll talk about methods, timescales and structure, and to find out if we’re a good fit.

We then agree a programme around your needs and situation.

What they say

Meg was a great source of support for me, helping me to clarify the most appropriate course of action in difficult work related situations… she has an amazing and vast set of techniques that she can draw upon to assist in the process. I have no hesitation in either continuing my coaching with Meg or recommending her.

My biggest challenge was the fear of moving forwards and what it might mean to really embrace that. I was also feeling stuck and overwhelmed with a lot of noise and uncertainty. Meg was really helpful in helping me to separate the useful things from the things holding me back. It was also incredibly satisfying to build a clear picture and inventory of strengths and skills that I need to keep reminding myself of as I now look to take the next steps on my career path. Meg’s patience, logical thinking and earnest challenges were crucial to helping me realise that I can now look forwards with increased hope and more confidence.”

Last year I was appointed to a new, high profile role in my industry and instantly started to experience imposter syndrome and anxiety, making it very difficult to perform to the required level. I was introduced to Meg who was extremely professional, conscientious and supportive in helping me decide if we were a good match to work together – we were. The process has been more productive and transformational than I could have ever hoped.

Meg has an ability to instill a sense of professional calm and confidence unlike any I had experienced before and she is warm, patient and motivating. I often come out of a session ready to take on the world. I would highly recommend Meg as a coach and hope to work with her on an ongoing basis as I feel she is a key element in my future continued professional development.

Meg was empathetic, supportive and compassionate, but ruthless in her quest to make me tackle my issues and search for solutions. She has helped me face some difficult and unpleasant facts. But, I needed to so that I could progress. As I have progressed, so she has continued to provide support. Always ready to listen, challenge me, maintain my momentum and keep me on track. A great coach who can really help one achieve what they want.

AS
Business Owner

Meg has coached me through a transition to a new job and helped me make fundamental changes to how I think about my work and work life balance. This has transformed how I feel about my work and about my own abilities and achievements – and was so worthwhile. My anxiety levels have reduced significantly and my mindset has become positive and forward looking. Meg has a natural warmth and a calm, structured approach that made it possible to achieve a lot in a session and still feel comfortable.

I also appreciated Meg’s wealth of experience, as she was always able to find a ‘tool’ to hand to help me and was very articulate and flexible in working with me. Due to the investment Meg made in making sure we worked through the tools we used and that I understood then and saw the benefits, I’ve been able to sustain the improvements and build them into consistent habits. Which I think is a measure of a great coach.
